2. No Guarantees (Security Disclaimer)

While we provide practical, industry-informed guidance, we do not guarantee that our services will prevent cyberattacks, data breaches, or other security incidents.

Cyber threats are constantly evolving, and any actions you take based on our guidance are at your own discretion and risk.

You remain responsible for your own digital security decisions and outcomes.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.

Cancellation:
You may cancel at any time via the customer portal. Access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Digital Content Waiver:
By subscribing, you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under applicable UK consumer law.

4. Refunds

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and services, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to purchased content, please contact us and we will either:

  • provide a replacement, or

  • issue a prorated refund where appropriate.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services, reports, or tools to harass, harm, or unlawfully target others (including “doxxing”)

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the SecureStar platform

  • Misuse any data or insights provided through the service

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
