Terms of Service for SecureStar

1. The Service:

SecureStar provides digital security education, including ebooks, podcasts, and automated data breach reports. We are coaches, not a security software company or a legal firm.

2. No Guarantees (The Security Disclaimer):

While we provide industry-standard guidance, we do not guarantee that our services will prevent all cyberattacks or data breaches. Cyber threats evolve daily; the final responsibility for your digital safety remains with you.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellation:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month.

• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time via your Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of your paid billing period.

• Waiver: By subscribing, you agree to immediate access to our digital content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under UK law.

4. Refunds:

Because our data scans and ebooks are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind." If a digital product is technically faulty, contact us for a replacement or a prorated refund.

5. Unacceptable Use:

You agree not to use our reports to harass or "dox" others, nor will you attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the SecureStar website or its tools.

6. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
